We all know that Motorola is knee-deep in the cell phone industry, but what about the GPS line? We have aspirations to do just that, combining the best aspects of 3G smartphones with PNDs and creating optimized experiences for consumers. We believe we can bring something new to the table with Motorola’s vast experience in wireless connectivity. ” What do you think of their efforts – will they come up short, or will it be a saviour for Motorola? Well, the company is apparently planning to update their GPS line sometime this fall with a hint or two that they might also take the plunge into manufacturing connected PNDs.

According to navigation product line manager Blake Bullock, “We’re absolutely making a bigger play.

Has anyone tried these updates out yet, and what are some of the immediate improvements you have noticed? 7. 0. How come unofficial OS updates for BlackBerrys seem to be the norm rather than exception these days? 103 mark. This means the BlackBerry Storm 9500 has unofficially gone to OS 4.

Other notable upgrades include the option to throw in an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 512MB graphics card in order to turn the Studio 15 into a high-powered portable gaming machine. 6″ screen that boasts 16:9 aspect ratio alongside a minimum 1,366 x 768 resolution that is able to handle 720p video playback without suffering from a loss of screen real estate.
All systems ordered today will ship by May 12th with the new and improved specifications. Heck, the Texas-based company is also now offering LED backlighting as a standard feature regardless of which model you choose, helping stretch the battery life of your notebook while improving upon the screen’s color performance simultaneously. Dell has gone releasing a rather important update for its Studio 15 notebook without much fanfare by introducing a new 15.
