Of course, this new arrival is not alone as there is another to keep it company, also from OCZ and known as the Behemoth. No idea on pricing or availability at point of publishing, but we’re hoping these won’t break the bank when released. The OCZ Eclipse comes in a rather compact form factor, featuring a 2,400 DPI sensor while the latter is a wee bit faster and boasts a 3,200DPI sensor, stuffed into a larger design.

OCZ enters the gaming fray yet again with another mouse – the OCZ Eclipse gaming mouse. Both models are able to switch between four different profiles and comes with support for uploading profiles direct to the onboard memory.

It will be unveiled at Computex 2009 early next month, where it explores a futuristic concept that will compartmentalized most components, offering an open and modular structure that makes it a snap to access and change the components inside at your whim and fancy. You know Thermaltake is serious about cementing their position at the top of the industry when they release a chassis known as Level 10 Extreme Gaming Station.

Usually accusations gravitate around kids becoming psychos, epileptic and so on. . . Take a look at the video report below. There are interesting details like the caption “former gamer” just below Whitney Leverette’s name. This time, it’s about how gaming could deform fingers, especially on children younger than 8 years old. It’s been a weeks since gaming has been accused of something wrong. Apparently, she can’t play games anymore due to the damage caused by “excessive gaming”.

Do you know any kid who’s suffering from finger deformation due to excessive gaming? What about bicycles? I’ve never heard or seen this before but I’m not in this young crowd anymore. They have studied “hundreds” of cases, apparently.

You’ll be able to switch between 2. The fully tricked out Razer Megalodon is going for $149.

1 surround modes at a moment’s notice. The Megalodon is different from the other gaming headsets in the market since it can virtualize 7. Apart from that, other features include a remote control, a noise gate and a mute button. No idea on the reason behind the lag, but now that we can take advantage of the Megalodon, we sure hope it will help you improve your overall gaming experience.

Creative and pro-gamer Fatal1ty have come together yet again to release another Fatal1ty-branded peripheral in the form of the Gaming Headset. Expect to pick up the Fatal1ty Gaming Headset MKII later this month for $100 a pop.

When used in tandem with the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium sound card, you will benefit from active noise cancellation and voice morphing capabilities. Well, that aside, if you’re still adamant on picking up the Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset, it is equipped with gold plated plugs, oxygen-free copper wire, sound isolating cups and a boom microphone that can be detatched. Sounds (pun not intended) pretty OK, but bear in mind using similar equipment won’t turn you into some form of gaming deity overnight, it isn’t a RPG where donning a special piece of armor provides +10 to your defense or anything like it at all. This professional-grade gaming equipment features 40mm neodymium drivers and 20-20,000 Hz range.
