What wasn’t expected is that they would go after the Flip, and if the video quality is there (it should be), Flip is going to feel the pain.
The cases had given that away for a while. As expected, Apple has released an iPod with a camera.

That said, I disagree when Apple says that gaming on the PSP or DS doesn’t stack up to the iPhone. The (PSP/DS) games are actually often better in my opinon, but the DS and the PSP aren’t good at anything else, and the PSP is not really pocket-friendly.
